What does my purchase include?
Your puppy includes:
-Vaccines are applied according to their age, from the best laboratories.

What happens if my puppy dies?
We hope that no pet owner has to go through this situation; unfortunately, since they are living beings, there is always the possibility of a complication. That is why we do everything possible to minimize the risk by taking all optimal measures.
In the event of death due to a viral disease within the warranty period, replacement will be made free of charge for another puppy of the same breed (if a different breed is desired, the cost would be adjusted). If you want the cash, a refund of 85% of the amount paid will be made.
Both the replacement of a puppy and the refund would be made within a period of no more than 2 months.
I placed my order, but I don't want the puppy anymore. Do they make a refund?"
If none of our puppies are to your complete liking or you can no longer receive a new pet, we can process a refund for your order without any problem.
If you have already chosen a puppy and in the end decide to cancel the purchase, 15% of the amount paid will be penalized, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
When will they send me photos of the puppy I requested?
As soon as we have a new litter available for delivery, photos will be sent to everyone who has placed an order for that breed, in order of request.
This means that people who have placed the order before will have preference in choice.
What happens if my puppy gets sick?
You need to contact us. A professional will ask you questions about your pet's health and symptoms, and will advise you so that it is in optimal condition as soon as possible.
In case of emergencies, it is necessary to take the puppy to a Veterinarian to receive the required care. The most important thing is their health, and since they are puppies, every moment counts.
What delivery time do you have for the delivery of the puppy?
It depends on breed availability and shipping area. Shipments to other states may take a couple of days longer compared to shipments in other cities (due to airline availability).
Delivery time can vary from 1 day (immediate delivery) to 90 days (in the case of newborn litters, to be able to deliver the puppies at an appropriate age).
