Have a complete veterinary checkup before moving to a new home.

Your puppy has a guarantee, up to 12 months of age, against hereditary defects that cause serious disability or require neutering. In such cases, your puppy will be replaced with one of equal value as soon as availability permits, and while we are in operation. Your puppy will be delivered only after medical verification of the hereditary defect or an autopsy report from a veterinarian, who will confirm the defect. Shipping, handling, and veterinary costs will be borne by the new owner. We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee if you decide not to keep our puppy after it arrives at your home. This must be approved by your veterinarian for any health problems.

EXPLANATION OF HERITABLE DEFECTS

The transmission of characteristics from parents to puppies is carried out through a code present in genes and chromosomes. The tendency of an organism to develop in the likeness of its parents is due to this transmission. Individual genetic inheritance is transmitted through the biological inheritance of parents or ancestors, transmitted by them (genes). Patellar dislocation can result from improper management, injury, or weight gain; therefore, it is not covered by this health insurance.

I certify that our puppies have received their first series of vaccinations. You are responsible for the remaining two (2) sets, in addition to annual boosters. As mentioned above, this warranty covers inherited genetic defects. We are not responsible for any airborne or contagious diseases, such as parvovirus, coccidia, giardia, distemper, rabies, or any other infectious diseases that the puppy may contract when leaving our facility. We take all necessary precautions to prevent illness, but a puppy's immune system is immature when moved to a new home. Be very careful where you take your puppy until he is fully immunized against the aforementioned diseases.

Under no circumstances will we be responsible for the veterinary expenses that our clients accumulate for this puppy or its babies. We will also not accept any sick puppies back once they have left our facility. We are not responsible for the death of a puppy under anesthesia.

It is your responsibility to keep your puppy in good health. The puppy's training and education are your responsibility, not this kennel's. The owner is responsible for his own education.
